    StatHarbour provides a comprehensive sports league management platform for organizing leagues, managing teams, tracking statistics, scheduling games, and publishing public league pages.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
    • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
    • You are responsible for maintaining account security
    • You may not share your account with others
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

    4. Subscription Plans and Payments

    • Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
    • Paid Plans: Basic, Pro, and MVP with varying features
    • Billing: Automatic annual billing
    • Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until billing period ends
    • Refunds: No refunds for partial periods; exceptions at our discretion
    • Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Violate any laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Upload malicious code or viruses
    • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Scrape or copy content without permission
    • Use the service for illegal gambling or betting
    • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

    6. User Content

    • You retain ownership of content you upload (team data, player info, photos)
    • You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide services
    • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content
    • You must not upload content that violates third-party rights or laws
    • We may remove content that violates these terms

    7. Public League Pages

    When you create a public league URL, certain information becomes publicly accessible (team names, player names, statistics, game results). You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents before making personal information public.

    8. Intellectual Property

    • StatHarbour owns all platform code, design, features, and trademarks
    • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform
    • You may use our API and widgets according to our API documentation

    9. Service Availability

    We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions.

    10. Data Backup and Loss

    While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. We are not liable for data loss except in cases of gross negligence.

    11. Account Termination

    • By You: Cancel subscription anytime via Profile settings
    • By Us: We may terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or fraudulent activity
    • Data Deletion: Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

    12. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATHARBOUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

    Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    13. Warranty Disclaimer

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    14. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold StatHarbour harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
