QuickScores publishes an API for your organization's data. Connect it once and we import your teams, your full schedule and the results already played, so your standings are right from the first minute. You see a preview before anything is written, and you can run it again safely at any time.
Your token, your control
The import uses an API token you generate on your own QuickScores profile and can revoke whenever you like. We never ask for your password and we do not store the token.

The import only ever inserts. Re-running tops up what is missing instead of duplicating your schedule, and it never deletes anything.
How to connect it

Generate your QuickScores API token
Sign in at quickscores.com, open Edit Profile, and copy your API Auth Token. You will also need your API username and your Org ID.

Paste the three values into StatHarbour
In your league, choose Import, then QuickScores. The credentials are used for the import request and are not stored.

Review the preview
We show you exactly what will be created: which teams are new, how many games, the date range, and anything we could not read. Nothing is written until you confirm.

Teams and the full schedule land in your league, with scores attached to games already played, so your standings are correct immediately.
Questions
Does this let StatHarbour read my QuickScores data without me?
No. The QuickScores API authenticates per organization with an API username, an auth token and an Org ID that only an administrator of that organization can generate. The import runs with credentials you provide and can revoke at any time, and it only ever reads your own organization.
Do you store my QuickScores credentials?
No. They are used for the import request and discarded. If you want to re-import later, you paste them again.
Can I run the import twice?
Yes, and it is safe to. Teams are matched by name and games by date and matchup, so a second run adds only what is missing. It never duplicates a fixture and never deletes anything.
What if the import cannot read something?
It tells you. Any row we cannot map, a fixture with an unreadable date, a game missing a team, is listed in the preview with the original row, so you can fix it or tell us and we will handle it.
What comes across?
Teams, the full schedule with dates, times and locations, and the scores of games already played. Per-player box score history depends on what your QuickScores plan exposes; send us a note and we will tell you what we can get.
