Inside the competition back office
The public match centre is what your clubs, sponsors and supporters see. This is the other half: the workspace your competition manager runs the season from. No account needed to look.
Build and hold the fixture list
Generate a balanced round robin, or run pool play, Swiss or a bracket. Move a fixture and everything downstream follows it: standings, the public site, the clubs.
Take results in on match day
Enter scores from the workspace, or hand a scorer a PIN so they work a single game from a phone at the ground with no login and no account.
Keep clubs and rosters straight
Every club has its own record and roster. Give a club manager their own login and they maintain it themselves, bound to their club and nothing else.
Book grounds without double booking one
Keep your stadiums, courts and pitches as real inventory with blackout dates. The database itself refuses two fixtures in the same place at the same time, including drafts, so a clash cannot reach the fixture list.
Appoint officials and track who accepted
One referee and umpire panel across every competition you run, with contact details, certifications and unavailability. Assign a crew to a fixture and see who has confirmed. Nobody can be appointed to two overlapping games.
Run discipline to your own regulations
Write your accumulation rules once, five yellows is a one match ban, ten is two. Your scorer enters the card on the box score and nowhere else, and the ban is raised, counted in matches and withdrawn if the card is corrected away.
Publish real statistics, not just scores
Full per-player box scores feed season totals, advanced metrics, league leaders and a Power Index, per sport, with no spreadsheet in between.
Settle the table the way your rules say
Configurable tiebreakers, forfeits handled properly, and clinch and elimination tracking once the run-in starts.
Show a sponsor what they bought
Place a sponsor on the public hub and count views and clicks per placement, so you can hand them a performance report at renewal instead of a promise.
Answer "who changed that result"
Every change to a result, fixture, roster, club record or staff seat is recorded by the database itself. Nobody can edit the record, including you.
Put it where your audience already is
Publish a branded match centre on a StatHarbour address, embed live standings and fixtures into the site you already have, or pull the data through the API. On Elite, your league front page can serve on your own domain instead, set up with us during onboarding.
